Ok TPE after two successful cycles we're about to kick off a third on TUES 28th AUG, 19:30 ACST…. $30 buyin, full-ring, 5K starting stacks, 10 min levels, winner takes all!
As with our other cycles, 50% of all winnings is pledged to a prize pool that will be awarded to the champ to compete in a live tourney (e.g. $1k Aussie millions event). The champ will own a 50% share of him/herself and the remaining 50% will be apportioned to the rest of the qualified members on the basis of their accumulated points.
This cycle will consist of 8 tournaments and players will have to play at least 4 to qualify. Points will be calculated as follows….
Where:
n is the number of entrants
k is the place of finish (k=1 for the first-place finisher, and so on)
b is the buy-in amount in US Dollars (excluding entry fee).
20 participation points will also be awarded for each game played.

would be awesome if we can grow this game even further, it has been pretty fun.
pretty sure by january next year we will have at least 3 more people playing in a 1k event for TPE!

yep – i feel like i crushed in the first season because i ran good, but also becasue i think i adjusted to everyone pretty quickly.
then in season 2 everyone had adjusted to me but i hadn't stayed 1 step ahead and thats why i sucked.

occasionally i have bastketball and run late, but i usually just reg before i leave nad have been 15-25min late before and its no biggie.

Hi guys, after kicking up a fuss to get in this and missing out. Thought I should apologise for not playing the last 2, when I thought I would be able to. Unfortunately, last week real life got in the way with workman round the house and work got in the way yesterday. It's not looking good for the rest of the month either now. So, it's prob a little late now to make any kind of impact on the league but if you guys are ok with it, if I get a chance I would still like to play a game or 2 with you. Cheers again

cousteer can confirm but i think there is 4 more rounds left of cycle 3, so maybe you can jump in for a game or two before then and then if you like it you can get ready for cycle 4.

Cycle III wraped up last night with the mighty Donskey reigning victorious! Congratulations mate, great consistent poker! Dons earnt $1005.00 and will invest in this weeks ANZPT Melbourne main event. Get in there Bud!! $1k already transferred to your account and the extra $5 on the way (pesky Stars transfer limits!).
Stay tuned for Cycle IV… there will be some amendments and an air of 'Exclusivity'.
