Hey forum, new member here. I would like to share some thoughts/feelings on my upcoming session tonight. Since I keep a 75% dayjob, larger sessions can be time apart and that means more build up/hype. I haven’t kept a steady bankroll either, just cashing out whenever I have won some(Scored a 4max win early this year for $840ish but most of that was cashed out). So right now I’m sitting at a $300ish roll.

In preparation for the session:

*Watching more academy content.

*Meditation

*Eating a modest meal/preparing quick food for the breaks tonight.

*Trying to keep myself from getting too hyped up.

*Planning on keeping skype/social media and only keep the skype option for late in the session when my buddies might be running still as well. It would probably be optimal to keep skype closed for the duration but I feel this is a tradeoff for not getting tired/bored later on.

*Really focusing on my larger goals.

I can’t think of anything else to type out right now, still a few hours away from start 🙂 I wish all tpe people hitting the tables tonight good luck and much fun 🙂 clubdiamondheartspade

Looks Like a Great Place to Start!! Your Mental Game is just as important as your table play, Stay Focused and DO NOT TILT. Your meditation will help you with this, get yourself into a pregame routine, that is comfortable for you and make it just that… A pregame Warmup/Routine, you will notice good results!

Cheers!
