What adjustments do you guys make in these 1R1A's?

It seems like most regs at the $5 and $10 levels rebuy immediately then nit it up for an hour (and beyond).

Anyone playing more aggro and trying to accumulate early, or making other adjustments to their normal freezeout style?

100% of the time u need to be rebuying to the max.  I personally will see many more flops in 1 r 1 a and 2 r 1 a as we are so much deeper than usual freezeouts.  They are my favortite tournaments based on the fact that we are playing so fricking deep.  I def think seeing more flops is the way to go, regs that nit up are simply playing 20 tables and dont have the time to flat 97 suited in position against fish.  Take advantage of this and start tagging the fish and owning them in position.

we just need to adjust for the relative stack sizes, we generally need stronger hands postflop to get it in the deeper we are, but i feel this is exponential as it becomes a disaster to get it in dead for 350bb. we can flat a wider range for implied odds, and generally if the table is super nitty you can do the normal adjustment of opening wider and just giving up more postflop.

I always take the rebuy immediately, and play it as a freezeout. I’m playing the effective stack sizes the same I would as a freezeout with same effective stacks. The one adjustment I would make specific to a cubed event is to keep track fo who hasn’t taken their rebuy as they might be more apt to gamble on their first bullet (or even more likely be a weaker player).
