33 reb UB.  The first villain is just a monkey calling station.  No reads on second villain that squeezes accept for the fact that he knows that the first villain is a money calling station and that I absolutely hate his bet sizing.  If he shoves I am never folding this but with small squeeze size is folding an option here?  It feels like everyday I can put in the sickest spots….Help……………..

do you have a hud stat of his 3-bet%?  if it’s above 9-10% or so, jamming it back at him is probably alright

i don’t use a hud….if I did;

1) There wouldn’t be nearly enough hands played to determine accuracy here

2) This specific situation wouldn’t be represented very welll within that sample

If you’ve been paying attention to the table and this guy hasn’t been 3betting then this is a fold. You say the 2nd guy is a station, so why would he 3bet this small with a light hand if he feels like he’s going to get flatted by the 2nd guy so much of the time and jammed on by you a good portion of the time? In some cases if he is capable of 3betting light and you’ve been opening pretty aggressively this is a shove, but not in this spot.

This is really how I feel about the hand in a nutshell but when I posted this on 2+2 all I got was “snap get it in” or “never fold AQ with 21bb’s from the co”

I opened this hand with the intention of snap calling a reship but then I got thrown a sick curveball and didnt’ adjust.  I think players need to make more adjustments as things change in hands instead of sticking by some set of hard rules.  I am not one to fold AQ under 25bb’s from the co after I am the one to open but this is a spot where I should have bucked the trend after gathering new information.

If he ships I widen his range and snap get it in but when he does this I really put him on JJ + And AK…..he is shipping lower pairs with the AQ and AJ and any thing else he might make a move with imo.  I am crushed against this range.

O well live and learn….use the rules as a guidlines but always reconsider new information to make adjustments.

don’t you want to try to induce a resteal in this spot from weaker aces and K hands???
