Villain is pretty tight/bad.  He makes this 4x+ utg raise with a 20bb starting stack and i’m like wow can i fold 99 here.

So, should/can I?

If your viewing him as tight it makes it tougher because hes never folding to your jam with the raise size.

But, with your chip stack and being in the BB with noone else to act, I prolly throw the pile at him and sigh when he flips QQ-AA

With bad players I assume big raise=big hand imo.  They hate hands lik TT-KK so they raise bigger to avoid getting called by A4hh or something.  I would fold.

This is a shove in any tourny against any style player.  Ya hes not folding a big percentage of the time but bottom line is your hand is ahead of his range when he only has 20 bigs maybe hes just trying to make it look scary. Either way put the chips in here everytime.

Well, the positive here is atleast you got him covered. If you lose you should have atleast 40+BBs. So that is nice.

Me personally, I think it screams midPP, AK, AQ. I would shove and put him to the test, and if you happen to lose you can still do damage with the stack you would have left.
