Bet out, cant see him calling with anything here really, except for a over pair. Which in that case hes paying you off. If hes on a diamond draw betting out might get him off of it. Also if he raises here what are your plans? I personally would shove.

I have made the mistake of checking these and trying to be fancy…not worth the aggravation. You hit big, build a pot. If he wants to play or likes his hand then take his chips. If he doesn't then he'll go away. No sense letting him play for free.

What do people think of the raise to 120 from the SB with 66?

I don't mind it….you could limp as well….but I like the raise to build a pot in case we hit our set. I don't worry about the raiser folding and losing the opportunity to setmine because of the blind level and buy-in.

I'm not worried about a fold, either. I'm sure I'd prefer it the majority of the time.

I just don't like popping it preflop with small pairs out of position so I tend to limp the SB and check the BB option in this spot the majority of the time.

I c-bet the flop here almost always. Bet size looks fine it's just that he whiffed and couldn't continue.

What you should be thinking is how much do i have to bet on the flop and the turn to get to the river with a less than pot sized shove.  You're far better off playing to stack 2nd best than hoping he catches up on later streets or becomes the aggressor.
