I’d check this river.  We have shodown value vs Villains Ac hands.

If we check the river, we allow hands like 99 and Ac3x or Ac5x. Do these types of hands make up too small a portion of villain’s range to worry about?

Maybe we have to be concerned that they might check/raise river if they have Ac vs us knowing that it is impossible for us to have the nuts?

Yes, you do allow one pair hands to win.  I don’t think Villain’s range has a lot of one pair.  Of course this is Villain dependent, but would you be calling a second barrel with one pair no draw on a board like this?  You do mention AcX hands that have a pair; some of those might have check raised the flop or turn.

I wouldn’t be to worried about the check raise.  Not many players are taking that line, and if they are, it is probably the nuts.
