When original raiser checks back flop do you think it's okay for me to bet on the turn to protect my hand against unpaired hands like AK that he might have reraised? I guess by reraising an EP raise his range is something like QQ+,AK yeah? So the only hand I'm really ahead of is AK and perhaps I should check call the turn. What do you guys think? Preflop I think I had the right odds to try and flop a set. Villain was 11/0 over 9 hands so not really a great sample to go off, but I think his 3bet range is pretty tight.

Not sure if I'm calling OOP with 66 here.  He does re-raise small but I think the 20:1 to set mine rule is kind of archiac, loose and wrong.

Being a good poker player sometimes involves just making things as easy as possible for you.  I just fold and wait for a different spot.

As for how you played it, I think it's fine.  When he checks back flop you assume you have the best hand and want to be the aggressor instead of facing big bets on the turn and river from him.

I probably check the turn and try to get to a cheap showdown out of position. As played I fold to his raise.

So if you check turn and he fires 5,700 are you just chk/folding or calling and hoping the river goes check/check?  Just curious what the plan for the hand is if we dont lead turn here.

As played I think I just fold pre like Wein said its close but I'd prefer being a little deeper to totally set mine here and it's going to be really tough to play 66 oop in a 3b pot.
