Two things crossed my mind here.

– I started the hand with 25BB and after my c-bet, If i fold to his shove I have 16BB left, I kinda dont wanna fold to have 16BB left to play, so….call

– He probably never shoves the flop after my cbet with worse than me, so…maybe fold??
