OfflineObviously it really depends on his 4bet range. Is he 4betting a merged range (55+, ATo+, A8s+, KQ…) or does he have a polarized range with some bluffs in it (hands la A2, K6s, 97s, etc…).
The range Andrei gives is pretty standard I guess but it may change if his range is polarized or merged, need some showdowns to have a better idea. This range also changes with history and dynamics.
If he is 4betting a lot and you want to avoid a tough decision you can also jam preflop, it's pretty big but against an agressive opponent it's sometimes the best solution to avoid him 4betting you (it would be better if BB was shorter)

OfflineBased on your assumptions, even T9o is close for the call. Axs+, KTo+, K7s+, A7o+, 22+, K7s+, Q8s+, QTo+, J8s+, JTo+, T8s+ should be your calling range, but it should be a little bit tighter if you think you have an edge over the table and you are close to the FT. In this case, foget about calling with J8. If life is tough on that table, just call with the bottom of this range. I am so curious of that hand. Can't wait to tell us, but we can still enjoy the thrill of not knowing, and I am also curious of other oppinions.
