Hi all, was hoping to get some help with playing these. Look like a good way to build the bankroll, if I can figure them out.

First of all – do you guys think these are still profitable? I played a few yesterday, and it seems very very aggressive compared to how I remember it from months ago.

To get an idea of how far off I am, maybe some of you who play these profitably can answer this for me?

What is your hand range when you are on the hijack with 1500 chips and the blinds are 50/100? What is your range from the same spot when the blinds are 75/150?

Thanks for any feedback!

Hey dragon, I don’t play them often but Panda did a video series on them:

Check out the Rebuy $3 180 man on Stars. I never even knew it was there until recently – under sng’s, multi table, micro. After the 30 minute rb period is over, about 25%-35% of the field is gone – all dead money. 1st usually pays over $400. Even if you dont build a big stack during the rb, its not that tough to double up and have a decent stack to work with.

Gotta be carefull after the rb period is over and not assume players will stop the wild gambling style play, though.

I have one or two of these going all the time – great value.

sooo read dependant. if btn or blinds are tight then u can widen ur range. if there loose tighten ur range. Against tight btn and blinds im shoving kqs, A10s+ Ajo+ and 88+. if there loose, Ajs+ Aqo+ 10s+

hope this helps. but check out the vid on the 180s
