Run into this often... standard raise/flat with same25- 30ish BB stack, short shove with middle pairs...

How do I proceed here? Everyone involved has been pretty nitty, nothing outta line or noticeably donkish…

99 looks good to me here with overlay in the pot. Can’t really sweat the caller too much…too many bad players and the shorty could have any pair +overs.

Thanks for the quick reply. It seems that this is my biggest ??? concerning tournament situations. I have learned a lot of the other nuances (especially on this site) but this siuation just leaves me up in the air. So, my next question, what pairs do we stop at? 88? And what aces? AQ+?

Yeah I think you pretty much nailed it. I think the shover range is 77+ AQ+
