I'd like to start this first post off with a big thank you to all the TPE staff, especially Wein and Hagbard, as after only a month being a member I feel my post flop play has improved considerably.  Keep up the great work.

KingPin was running 40/27 over 82 hands with a 2.1 agg factor.  I hadn't seen him get too out of line post flop.

This is a spot I find myself in occasionally and wonder if my passive line is costing me, especially on the turn.  Does anyone consider a block bet on the turn?  A check-shove?  With villains stats I assume he is never folding Kx.

Check-call on the turn seems pretty horrible, putting in ~1/3 of your remaining stack.  If you hit the river you might not even get him to put in any more chips, and it's possible (though in fairness unlikely) that you hit and are still behind.

I'd be getting it all in on the flop once he raises you.  Yes it sucks that you don't have 2 overs to go with your flush draw, and the A might not be good (since players with stats like that love to flat AK pre-flop), but you definitely have some fold equity here, since people love doing crazy stuff with air on paired boards.

I am not sure what the optimal line is with the board being paired but I think I am gambling and  getting it in on the flop. A diamond may kill the action on the turn or river.

I think you gotta check/fold turn the way you played it. I personally would have shoved the flop after he re-raised you.
