I think I am like 2nd or 3rd in chips, I have been very very active lately, villain is very 3b happy, has 3b sqz/folded to 4b and overall has been very active. Should be an okay regular, av stake 3.85 roi 14.9%.

3b over 138 hands from the sb 3/11, bb 3/13.

I would prefer to 4bet call than 4bet ship, as i dont think villian will call with much worse than AT most of the time, but they can 5bet shove worse.

If they know that you know they are 3bet happy then they will expect light 4bet's from you, which means they can easily shove light, all Ax, most Kx, all broadways and all pairs and some suited connectors 9Ts etc. But when you shove you take that option away from them of shoving light, so they will have a much tighter calling range than shoving range.

Hope that makes sense, much easier to say than type

Your play looks good with given info. I like to take away some small pairs and Broadway hands we are flipping with that he might 5 bet shove But not call with.

For the most part, I wouldn't have a 4b range in this spot considering you are only 28bbs deep. It is certainly an option, but i would only create a 4b/call and 4b/fold range with someone I have a lot of history with. You could always throw in a few 4b bluffs with handsthat are not good enough to peel the 3b to balance when you want to 4b induce with QQ+.
