Pretty early in the tournament, $10 buyin on Merge.  Villain has been at table for only about 6 hands, and I have him 

running 15/8 out of 39 hand, fwiw.  Two main questions here.  First, how do you like my sizing on the flop?  I'm 

never sure what to bet into limped pots, but thought I could maybe induce a raise here.  What do I do when 

villain shoves?  Clearly he could have set, but how many non-set hand do you think would do this here?
