I don´t remember why I didn´t shove it pre flop, despite of that, I am also unsure about my line on flop and turn…

OTF I am feeling awkward about what is the calling range of V, and even with two pair I can´t feel that good about the turn card, but I thought I was too short to fold, was it a mistake?

9 handed I prefer folding ATo in early position with 17bb. It’s only an unexploitable shove in MP2 or later position, and I still prefer using it as a raise/fold until the CO, unless I’m adjusting based on villain tendencies. You can work it into your EP raise/fold range as it has blocker and high card value, but I like having a very narrow raise/fold range from UTG/UTG+1, and prefer a hand like KJs or A9s.

BTN’s flatting range might be extremely tight but, as we’ve discussed elsewhere, weaker players could have a fairly wide range here.

Regardless, I think once we flop two pair we are never getting away from it. Turn is nasty, hard to expect we are beating much, but SPR is <1. I prefer check/calling over shoving, as it allows villain to have a bluff/overplay range, but I’m pretty sure I’m never folding after flopping so big with 13bb effective behind.

I’ve got a question. Is it a mistake to shove a turn here?

I feel like with shoving the turn, we will definitely make one pair to fold, and probably even weaker two pairs like QJ,JT,QT. At the same time the only better hand that we might make to fold is AJ, which we block with out A.

I’m not saying we could get away from our two pair when V bets but I feel like we’re losing value.

Agree/disagree?

I think shoving pre would be a huge punt here. I don’t think there’s a single hand that is played best as a shove with 17bb UTG+1.

Minraising pre is fine, ATo is towards the bottom of what I’d open here but it’s a decent hand to have in your r/f range. People aren’t going to flat you or 3-bet you much when you open off this stack, so you have more room to maneuver than you think.

I think c-betting a reasonably high frequency on this flop is fine, but you most likely need to size down a little, around 800 or so seems good. A lot of your value blocks a lot of villain’s value, so your sizing should decrease as a consequence.

I feel like turn is more or less a gigantic punt, honestly. You never get anything better to fold, and you definitely don’t get anything worse to call. Villain has a bunch of KQ/KJ type stuff in their range, probably more than you do when the flop goes bet-call (since you might check KK/KJ some frequency).

Since people massively under-bluff these spots I would imagine that the turn is just a check-fold, and if it goes check-check (which it will pretty often) then you should assume you’re ahead on most rivers.
