no just fold.  You have 6 outs with no draws and you still have 60bbs

I had a horrid feeling that I shouldn't have, but I managed to talk myself into doing it. I couldn't convince myself that he was sitting on a monster. To be frank connecting with the flop was all I thought he may have done, but it was so early that I didn't have any reads on anything. I think this is just a little more evidence of a massive spew problem that seems to have hit me.

yeah the leak there is trying to win/outthink every pot.  Especially early this can't be worth the risk.

I cant tell you how many times I have snapped off AK or AQ on a low flop when I have something. Lots of times they raise and get called and on a rag flop they just jam.

fold, just because your hand is a premium before the flop doesn't mean you have to get all your chips in on a flop that doesn't hit you.  His play was bad enough.  Take advantage of the other player's bad plays, tighten up, and pick your spots.

I think I try to over analyze the hell out of every situation. At some point I need to start balancing out over thinking every situation and take in what information is present, make a decision and stick to it. I am finding the more I think about situations the more I can convince myself of any number of different conclusions…end result: a lot of spew from my stack. I am trying to plug this leak, but it is certainly easier said then done..however anything worth doing is usually hard
