I'd call, re-eveluate on the turn. This is a way ahead, way behind scenario. If you get it all in, I doubt you will have the best hand. Call is best here.

you raise is fine…..got to try and extract value there…..and def getting it in for all my chips there if he wants to……a little larger raise may get you some wider shoves though……I always seem to think a min reraise from a 20'ishbb stack is hella strong…..shoving may even be best as your stack is likely to get looked up there

Several ways to play it based on villian reads. Check shove flop is fine, better than check raise imo.  Or call flop and see if he fires turn, you may only get one more street of value.
