OK, guys. DivineGlory has been nice enough to go ahead and commish this bad boy. Please post in this thread if you want in. I'll let DG decide how many teams, but im thinking 12 or 14. Hopefully we can get in everyone who wants to play.
TPE will be puttin gup the prizes.
1st – $125
2nd – $50
Best Regular Season Record – $25
I'll probably throw in some merch as well, but im thinking of getting some new stuff designed, so I'll decide/post that later.

The TPE Nation fantasy football league is created:
– ESPN league
– 12 teams
– Snake Draft
– QB,RB,RB,WR,WR,TE,RB-WR-TE(flex),K,D/ST lineup format
-Standard scoring pretty much with the exceptions of 1 PPR, and bonuses for milestone stats such as 300 yds passing(5 pts),100 yds rushing(5 pts),100 yds recieving (5 pts) and so on and so forth.
– Draft order randomly determined by ESPN 1 hour prior to draft
– Draft is tenatively set for Sept. 1st at 7:00 pm ET
Just reply ITT with your e-mail address and stating your in,and I will send you an invite to the league.
Upon further review QB passing TD's have been changed back to the standard 4pts…since the 6 pts format just changes the dynamics of a fantasy football league draft too much

Any chance date can be changed? I do a $300 keepers league every year and they picked that date as well, and we do a live draft which is basically playing cards, bbq'ing, and drinking all day. I don't mind pre-ranking but would really prefer not to.

To each their own…PPR is preeeeetty standard especially in leagues of more than 10 people,and every TD should be worth the same just like in a real football game imho.(Plus its only a 2 pt difference from the norm 4 points for passing TD)

It's ok, I'll pass and let someone else in. The other one pays too much money to 1st for me to neglect it at all.

I realize it's “only” 2 points different. I have been playing fantasy football for ten years. Every single fantasy football site that I know has standard scoring of QB TD's 4 points. I mean the top QB's throw somewhere between 40-50 TD's. The fact that you are now making them worth 6 points completely sky rockets the value of every single QB. I guess it isn't too horrible since you are doing PPR as well, but who wants Darren Sproles to be a top 10 running back? He clearly shouldn't be. Scoring should obviously be voted upon and then we go with the majority. Just putting in my two cents.

How much is the entry fee? I saw you said in the OP that TPE was putting up the prizes so does that mean it’s free to enter?

I don't envy you DG. Thanks for taking the lead. You guys that are in, I change names several times during the season. I know it's confusing but I can't help it as I try to amuse myself and others.

Would everyone be okay with bumping the draft back an hour to accommodate trainwreq? Seems like not too much to ask so we can assure he is able to make all the picks for his team at the draft

Ok everyone… Please note the draft time has been bumped back 1 hour to accomodate a couple of TPE members as agreed to in the thread. I sent out a leauge-wide EMAIL as well to remind everyone that the draft is now at 8:00 p.m. ET still on September 1st
Also Dantastic we still need you to accept your spot in the league I have sent you multiple emails and a PM on TPE and you still arent in everyone else is locked in and ready to rock n roll!!!
