I write this because I know there are players out there that sit and play close to 24/7

There is a balance that must be maintained to for a healthy happy life. This balance includes physical, mental, and emotional stimulation, other than that we experience in poker. 

Hours sitting in front of a computer screen or sitting at a table is not good on the body much less the mind. 

We need more stimulation.

I’m posting a couple pictures, of my outing today, I hope they inspire some of you to get out and do something!

Looks like good times!!  Where was this at?

I took some time away from the tables yesterday, which I admit is rare, but it was nice to get outside for a change.  here is a pic of me as as I was laughing at my life for her rowing skills. 🙂

My pic was on the Loxahatchee (Locks-a-hatch-ee)river in Jupiter Florida. Beautiful, peaceful place, Have been doing it since I was a kid and turned my son Les and his girlfriend Ashley on to it. Maybe when I become a granddad I can show more of my family. 

You put an inexperience person it the back, You wanted to laugh didn’t you!

If ya ever come to Florida look me up, I’d be happy to take ya all out on the Lox.

Jupiter, eh? Go Panthers. Love the new logo except it’s a little too soccery for me.

KB, I like how the oar covers her face. Some people sure hate having their picture taken. Or maybe it’s just a coincidence 🙂
