Hello TPE, 

In Feb. I deposited $200 onto Bovada and started grinding tournaments after a few months off.  Long story short, I ran it up to 6k after having a 2k week in MTTs this past week.  Next, I spewed off 3k playing Mid stakes cash.  I have done this before and feel terrible about it, especially since I have been working on my MTT game and have had really good success this year.  My Bovada acct. is busto and I have a 3k check I cashed out that I will deposit tomorrow.  I have been playing a ton and have been feeling a bit burnt out on a lot of nights.  I have a mini goal to not play poker all this week, not until next Monday, May 5th.  It will take a week or so for my cashout to clear and be available to me anyway, and I would like to wait and redeposit after that.  No more cash game spew!!  A week off will be nice and will allow me to get some things done as well.

I plan to finsih reading Malcom Gladwell's Blink, re-read elements of poker,go through some HH's, and watch 1 or 2 TPE series during the week off, as well as catch up on some work stuff.  I could easily fund my acct in the meantime and replenish those funds when my cashout clears, so I'm making this thread to motivate myself to stick to the time off! 

My challenge thread for 2014 is here  it is a little out of date and I need to update it with my last few weeks' results, which I will also do during the week off.  I plan to return refreshed and eager to play and use good BRM ONLY playing Tournaments and some SNG!!!  No more cash spewing!!
