This has happened twice in the last couple of months while trying to access videos. I’ve tried different browsers but the same error occurs. I have previously used the “contact us” form….but no one ever got back to me.

Can someone please fix this now recurring issue?

Same for me. New account and I’m unable to watch almost any video I select as well as unable to use the search function without the entire site freezing. I will send a message to the contact form as well. Thank you.

Very sorry guys. We have had a few people report this, but it seems very hit or miss and his difficult to replicate. We do have our programmers working on it though!

Just to mention the issue has now cleared again for me. I’ve noticed a bit of related strangeness about different parts of the site thinking I am signed in or signed out, not sure if linked. Fingers crossed the gremlins have disappeared!

I m a new memeber since yesterday and i already had this problem twice… please fix it i want to access the videos i paid for!

Its impossible to watch anything its vers annoying so please…
