Hey guys, ive been a memeber here for almost a year now and all of a sudden i can't watch any videos? i log in fine, updated profile and still it says “sorry you do not have access to this content” “view plans and pricing”. anyone having the same problem?? this just started happening a few days ago and i tried contacting TPE and i got no replys over the last couple days:( just wanna know whats going on. thanks

Looks like support got your email, and replied.  Here is there reply:

 

Hi Travis,

 

It appears that PayPal tried to collect the payment from your account and it failed for some reason.  Did the expiration date on your credit card change?  Please let us know and we will reactivate things so it can try and get payment.

I checked your records and your payment first failed on 12/29.  Then the retry failed on 1/3.  Finally the sub was cancelled on 1/8.

 

Maybe our emails are going to your spam folder?

yeah sorry man, must of been going to that folder. very weird ill have to see whats up with pay pal. if my card in expried i can just add and new one and make a payment then? shouldnt be to much to get back up and running hey? thanks alot for the reply killingbird, appreciate it

yeah, just add a new card (or update expire date) and then email support@tournamentpokeredge.com and let them know to attempt payment again.
