Why don't I see the HH toolbar?

I’ve watched the video and on both my computers, using Firefox 3.6.13, and when I select “Add a New Topic”, I don’t see any bar that includes the HH converter tool. I see the “Topic Name:”, the topic field and then the body field. Nothing like what I see in the HH video.

I am able to access the converter through the chat window, but that’s it. Any idea?

You might not be using the right toolbar. It should auto default to the Rich Text Toolbar but if it doesn't look like what benny posted click on “profile” above to the right of where it says that you are logged in above, then pick personal options. Then change your Select Preferred Editor to “Rich Text”.
