You can also sell them in the line at the main cage. Best time to sell them near the SNGs is right before the $550 mega starts. Those people just so happen to have $500 in cash on them. If all else fails, catch a TPE pro who is scheduled to play a 1000 or 1500 that day or the next.

Hi, yes I am playing the $1k Sunday, $1.5k Wednesday and $1.5k Saturday plus a few Venetian / DDS events if I end up bricking the WSOP events. Are you playing in those too? Any joy so far?

Yes I’m playing same schedule. Probably play the 2100$ at Venetian depending on the day 1a turnout.
Haven’t played a single hand of poker yet, been here 26 hours. So not much poker joy, but had a good time with friends yesterday.
Might go grind some cash later today at the rio.

Sorry for the delay in replying, it's been a busy week of travel for me. Quite sadly, I ran into two gross beats at the very start of Day 3. First hand I had KK cracked by QQ (he supposedly only had 1 Q left to hit too /shrug). I had about 10BB left at this point and shipped KJo from the button. BB called with K9 and I was off to the pay desk when he flopped a 9. I ran atrocious with Kings all week and possibly worse in any hand where I was vs a 9. However, I played really good and my timing was perfect with everything else. Next time I'll make the FT.

Changing my plans and will now play Day 1b. Had a sick coaching session with Phil Gruissem and Igor Kurganov last night (will make a post about it later). Feeling in top form today, and with the low turnout yesterday, I feel 1b is now the better of the two left.
Time to get it done!

It went well for the first two hours. That, however, was followed by 3 of the grossest hours of poker I've played in a long time. I drew a very tough table, full of very solid players and it was an absolute war – one in which a single player was laying waste to everyone. I now know what it was like to play vs me in event #26. Except I didn't have the nuts every single time.
Oh well, I still enjoyed the entire 5 hours of my first ever Main, and I will be back again. I'll likely head off to play an EPT before next years WSOP though. Going to have to figure out who all these euros are. We had like 5 of them at my table and they all had media attention.
Play well and run better in Day 2 for all those who managed to bag up!

On to day 2. Bagged 47k. Had it up to 60k, but AA is no good vs hyper aggro 40 yr.old 54o lol. He must have played 70% of pots. Had it up to 100k and bagged 5k. CLOWN, lol.
GLG to all TPE members tomorrrow in Day 2 and weds.
