Refreshed my Membership but dont have access

Hi,

Hopefully i ll get help on here. As said i just refreshed my membership via paypal but cant watch any Videos nor Chat. It even says i do not have access to this content.

– I'm logged in with my email-adress.

– Payment is succesfull on paypal.

What can i do?
