Did peachymers 4X three bet committ her? Should her squeeze be smaller? Is three betting bigger here a way to get folds? What is a good sizing here?

    Very interesting spot I believe

again very strong video thanks. what should pfgfan’s jamming range be in that last key hand on the video ak and qq+??

i’m not sure you can call it “super standard,” although it’s not as bad as i initially thought just looking at pokerstove.

    are you 3b/calling 77?

the thing is that given her sizing, i’m just never 4betting light as i doubt she’s ever folding. in fact i would have folded 99 and likely TT.

i’m really curious under what assumptions you think 3b/calling there is laughably super standard?

    wyld-

well in general you probably shouldn’t be 3b/folding with ~30BB and if you do certainly not that big.

she obviously felt that with the flat-caller there was enough money in the pot and she had good enough equity against my range to get it in.

if i were her i’d definitely make my sizing a little smaller to a) give the illusion of fold equity so that the original raisers shoving range can be wider, b) allow me to save chips if/when i bluff in that spot

    alaplancha-

it’s tough to say for sure, i mean i’m no ICM expert. the thing is that i’d been jamming on all my 3bets up to this point. so when i put in that tiny 3bet with just over 20BB he should realize that something is amiss.

in fact, if i thought my opponents were capable of picking up on that and would fold hands like AQs due to my sizing, then not jamming would be terrible.

as to your question, it’s just really tough to say. it depends on what you think my range is to make that tiny 3bet.
