I played a little play money to get my feet wet, sometimes it says “Pair on board double bet allowed” Didn’t quite understand what that means or when the message comes up

Hey Don, thanks for bringing that up I forgot to cover this situation….In Stud Hi only; on 4th street if any player pairs their up card you have the option to double bet or single bet. So for example, if you are playing 100/200 limit and you raise with (67)7 and you get a 7 on 4th street you can bet 100 or 200. In a multi-way pot I would usually double bet to protect my hand, in a heads-up pot I would usually single bet to not chase my opponent away.
