    Hey Mike
I sweated you pretty much from beginning to end, so I remember a lot of these hands. It’s great to see your thought process and insight. Can’t wait for the rest. Saw you make some great plays and calls, will be so beneficial to hear your analysis on those hands. Great stuff

its ok thanks, i was listening on a large sound system at first, when i plugged in headphones it wasn’t really noticeable. Solid vid, cant wait for the rest of this series, and grats on the sick score!

Hey Mike, congrats sir on a phenomenal WCOOP. I have a question about the JJ hand at the start. Would you not consider check-raising the river to extract value from 55,99 or AQ, as it seems unlikely either of you would have a flush there.
    Thanks

I think you are referring to the hand I had 23s and called his 3bet button vs BB…if so I think it was prob fine; he was playing a high variance style so AK is pretty high up there is his range, but I understand what your thinking after I call his 3 bet and cbet…I can’t remember how draw heavy the flop was but I’m def floating the flop with AQ, AJ etc…although not sure if I turn them into a bluff on the turn.

Mike I’ve never seen anyone more thorough in there explanation..I love it! The one thing that sticks out with me is that even early your playing ace suited and small pairs. Which i love, cuz i hate foldkng these..A lot of pros aren’t getting involved early with these hands. But I have one question..what if u are getting 3 bet by a late raiser, say 2.5x,3x,l?

  7. goleafsgoeh

I think both suited A’s and small pairs have a lot of value early if you can see a flop cheap which is why I like the minraise; it also invites in lot’s of marginal hands…once 3bet’s come into play it get’s trickier…I’m often calling 3bet with pairs early, most likely not too often with Ax suited unless it is read dependent or maybe if I’m in position playing very deep.

Hate to repeat what everyone else has been saying but this is the best analysis i’ve seen on any poker training site! Keep up the good work Mike and congrats on the score, it’s easy to see from how you explain things why you’re so successful at the game!

Outstanding video. I hope the other videos from this series are as good as this one !!!! I do think that in terms of high quality videos, Bigdogpckt5s has finally found someone that may compete with him. Very good indeed.
