      haydock, he beats every single bluff. If Matt had A high, a small pair, a 2 or an 8, he checks one of the streets. And as he says in the video, this is a polarizing play, meaning he either has a very strong hand or garbage. On this board, most of the hands in his polarized range are probably garbage, which means it’s a profitable call.

      A few years ago, “merging” was the big thing everyone was talking about. This is IMO actually a useful example of why this can still be applied.
