I think our play on the flop is to re-raise to build a pot and be able to get stacks in by the river and i think its ok because your re-raising range can have some bluffs aswell.

The turn is harder decision for me, i think i would like to bet here because im worried he will check back and i want to build a bigger pot.

Maybe on the river you can over shove the pot? if he has an 8 or a flush or straight he might pay you. and if you bet 40k he will not re-raise with those hands.

I think when check/raising the flop the villain would simply fold and we miss value. The board favours our range as smallblind much more than his UTG open range and i think the hand combos in our range wich are bluffs in this spot are not that many actually.
