Video is okay, but were was the “stopAndGo”-part of that lesson?

“Stop & Go” is referring to TPE’s ongoing series where one of their instructors lectures for around 5 minutes on a particular topic–when memebers only have a small window of time available to watch a video, they can watch one of TPE’s, short video’s from the “Stop & Go” category. It’s not a reference to game play, when a player calls pre flop with the intention of shoving the flop.
