i dont understand why wouldn’t You bet as well the last hand? |You still have nothing against of folding the vilain I guess? And if he calls and on the river u hit your flush he might not give the credit for it and call some hands he has in his range giving you extra chips.
    cheers

Great video Hagbard. I like how you run the hands through more then once based on what your hole cards could be. Would it be correct to assume that we should be considering the player type (passive or aggro), their stack, your stack (deep stacked is best for bluffing) their range, your position and board texture as the major factors?

yeah you can definitely bet again with the flush draw, which allows you to continue to put pressure on villain, as well as building a pot for when you hit.

but i think checking is also a solid option, as it’s deceptive, and it also represents a wider range of hands whereas bet/bet is repping a more narrow range of very strong hands/air.

yeah i think that’s fair. i’d add that depending on the player–if they are thinking–you should also be thinking about your perceived range, and how that changes based on your possible actions.
