I have been playing alot of cash games today and yesterday and after watching the first and half of the second video, I have noticed some of the things you have taught in this video come into my play. On dry boards you said GTO allows you to bet all of your range, and i tried it with a strong hand and they just folded, so like you said its better to play exploitative and check to let the weaker players catch up. Only against super good players does it make sense to play defensively GTO. and the 2nd concept was checking back spots where i would usually bet when i have backdoor equity and betting when i dont. Not sure if its good or not but it does feel better to do it.
