folding A7 sb vs bb and in another video K9 in the cut off seems too tight and i am pretty nitty.

Not sure about the K9 (would need to see the context), but I agreed about the A7 in the video. Either would have to be at worst only a very small mistake with good players behind. Generally, the EV difference between raising and folding the worst hands in your opening range should be quite small.

In one hand you have AQ with 5 ppl behind and have 1 caller from sb, the flop is A56 rainbow and you bet half pot. In another Hand you have 55 in same position and have 1 caller from the bb and the flop is A37 with two diamonds and you bet a 1/3 pot.

Isnt the balanced play to bet the same size with your weak hands and strong hands?. and only change your bet sizing depending on the flop textures. your 55 hand should be bet bigger because, its alot more vulnerable. You said you where focusing on being balanced but this is not balanced

A SB calling range should look quite different from a BB calling range, and my strategy for playing against each will be different. So, these are not comparable situations. Among other things, I will bet less often and will be more polarized when I bet vs SB.

Andrew is definitely one of the best pros on the site, he is very skilled at breaking things down step by step. With teaching it is not just content but delivery and Andrew is very easy to listen to.
