I thought I would take a few minutes and throw out a quick little post seeing as I am going to have a poker related next couple of evenings. I have a short little business trip down to Delaware which puts me in convienent proximity to the Delaware Park Casino (and even more importantly the Poker Room). I encouraged to see how my session goes this trip as I am taking some positive steps to make sure body and mind are ready for action. I have spent the last several days eating better (lots of slow carbs, lean protein) and staying very well hydrated. I am feeling more alert and sharper and I am hoping that translates into discipline and pots won. I am going to be playing some tonight so here's to hoping that preperation works out. As for tomorrow I am not sure, I am actually going to be meeting up with Wein and grabbing some dinner and hanging out since it has been a while since I have seen him. Away from the tables he is one of the funniest guys I know, so I am looking forward to chilling out and catching up. I am sure at some point later in the evening I'll hit the tables and see what additional damage I can do. Stay tuned for Wednesday and I'll give everyone an update on the goings on.
