The rise in popularity of Twitch as a poker entertainment platform has been well documented, as have the current top streamers in the game like Jaime Staples, Jason Somerville and of course TPE’s own Casey Jarzabek. But like any entertainment platform with options, some people are looking for something a little different. So here are 5 poker streamers on Twitch that you might not have checked out yet.
Killingbird

You know Derek Tenbusch as one of the founders/owners of Tournament Poker Edge, but he also enjoys streaming his sessions on Twitch and has started to build a nice following. Derek generally streams MTTs on America’s Cardroom and Bovada, and usually later in the evenings EST for you night owls. He has also been known to enjoy a few craft beers on stream, so if you are a hop head this might just be the stream for you!
Carlos Welch

Tournament Poker Edge members generally know who Carlos is, but did you know he also has a twitch stream? Carlos has recently moved in to a van and is living “homefree”, as he describes it. He streams MTTs, and occasionally cash games, on Bovada and Americas Cardroom while telling some of the most amazing stories you have ever heard. He is currently traveling the the country visiting various live poker stops while finding time to grind online as well. Check him out, you won’t be disappointed!

Fintan Hand is from Dublin, Ireland but currently lives in Malta and stream early in the morning EST making him one of the few good options for people who might want to enjoy a poker stream while having their breakfast. It’s a super laid back stream with a good group of people in the chat. Fintan grinds MTT’s on Poker Stars primarily, with occasional 888 and Full Tilt tournaments thrown in for good measure.
Kevin Martin

Canadian’s might recognize Kevin Martin as a contestant on Big Brother Canada, but he is also a streamer on Twitch. He also happens to be Jaime Staple’s roommate, so between the two of them one of them is usually streaming! Kevin plays MTT’s, primarily on Poker Stars, 6 days per week, usually starting whenever Jaime busts his last tournament of the day.
