Thoughts on Shaun’s KK hand: Flop – J 8 6 – 2 w/ a flush draw. The turn comes a 9 giving straight potential, too. Instead of checking there and allowing the villain to dictate the betting, why not put out another bet to: 1) make the villain think twice or three times about putting out more chips for a river flush and 2) get info. On the info part; if he calls you, you know he’s doing one of a few things: he’s still content to float you to hope to hit the river flush, but you can assume he hasn’t hit yet, or depending on your image to that point, he’s allowing you to lay out chips with a made straight hand. However, if he comes over the top with the huge bet he made, you can be almost certain he made his straight and fold.

Little help…. At 19:00 mins, “arrived early and ? everyone at his table”. What is the site he was checking to find out the types of players he was facing?

I use http://www.hendonmob.com to search everyone at my table when I find the table draw for the next day. This way I can know beforehand if they have had much success in live poker.
