I think I won a few medals in wrestling when I was like 10, but otherwise I don’t have a single trophy on my mantle. However, that could all change if we can manage to win the British Poker Award for Best Poker Training Site. I’m getting old guys. Help me get a trophy before it’s too late! Vote here.
Seriously though, as cliche as it is, we are honored just to be nominated. And if we have any chance of winning it will be as much because of our community as it is because of anything we have done. You guys are awesome, and you make this “job” incredibly fun. Thanks for being the best poker family ever!
In other news, this is going to be a crazy couple of months. I’m heading to Canada, along with the whole TPE team, in a few days for Casey’s wedding. A few days in the great white north with Diego, Danny, Tim and Marc? What could possibly go wrong?
Then I come back and have a couple of weeks before Diego and I head to Punta Cana to play a bit of live poker. I’m pretty excited, not only because I love playing live poker but becuase a TPE member told me that they put free bottles of liquor in your room. Again, what could possibly go wrong?
Then finally it is off to Cherokee, NC to play the World Series of Poker Circuit stop there. I know Carlos and mj23styleZ will be there…hopefully we will get to hang with a few more TPE members as well. Holler at me if you are planning to attend.
In between all of that, we will be getting a new episode of the Tournament Poker Edge Podcast out and Matt and I will also be putting together another episode of the Midstakes Living podast. Gotta keep all of that killer content coming!
